Problems with Pegasus Airlines' Seating Availability and Rude Service
On July 20th, I boarded a Pegasus Airlines flight with the PNR number HJXF33 from Sharm el Sheikh to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen at 04:35. I fly at least 50 times per year, the majority of which are with Pegasus. Because of my panic attacks, I've always requested aisle seats, and there haven't been any problems or flight attendants have been helpful. However, at the Egypt check-in counter, they did not assign me an aisle seat this time. I assumed the flight attendants would assist once on board, but despite my repeated requests, my request was not met. When I asked for assistance, the flight attendant dismissed me, saying they wouldn't change seats for me in front of everyone. I ended up finding a seat on my own after being dissatisfied with the flight attendant's demeanor and communication style. Pegasus should maintain higher standards. In the future, I'll seriously consider flying with them.
Even people sided with the flight attendant and encouraged me by saying "you are right" throughout the flight.
