I Face a Poor Transfer Experience with Pegasus — No Help Provided During Antalya Connection
On October 29, 2025, my spouse, our 3-year-old child, and I traveled from Egypt to Istanbul via Antalya on Pegasus flight PC2011. Our flight was delayed by one hour, which caused us to arrive late at Antalya Airport. Since our plane landed at the domestic terminal, we first had to transfer to the international terminal, go through passport control, and then take a shuttle back to the domestic terminal to catch our connecting flight to Istanbul. During this process, we had to pass through several security checkpoints, and we barely made it to our connecting flight on time.
Throughout this confusing and stressful situation, no assistance was provided by Pegasus staff. The only response we received was a dismissive “The shuttle is over there,” with no further guidance or support. Traveling with a young child made this experience especially tiring and stressful. Although we didn’t experience any financial loss, the situation was physically exhausting and poorly managed.
This is the first time I have experienced such disorganization with Pegasus. I request that the transfer process be improved to prevent similar incidents in the future and that the airline issue an official apology for the stress and inconvenience caused.
