Pegasus Airlines Sold the Same Seat to Many, Refund Is Taking Long
On the 8th of July 2023, I had a connecting flight from Antalya to Istanbul and then to Muscat. However, due to overbooking, they didn't allow many passengers on the plane. They sold the same ticket to multiple people, and I endured three days of going back and forth to the airport without being able to board. Finally, they informed me that the only available flight was on the 17th of July 2023 and that there were no other options. They assured me of a refund, but to this day, there has been no reimbursement. They didn't accept my international IBAN, and even after opening an account in Turkey, the issue remains unresolved. Pegasus, a prominent airline, has failed to process my refund for five months, causing significant distress. I urgently request the prompt resolution of my complaint.
