Pegasus Airlines Denied Me Boarding 44 Minutes Before My Flight

I was denied boarding on my Pegasus flight 44 minutes before departure. On May 25, 2025, I tried to check in for the 06:55 Ankara–Izmir flight at 06:11, but I was told the system had already closed. When I approached the sales representative, I was scolded with the words, “I’m explaining, don’t you understand? Check-in is closed, there’s nothing I can do!” I don’t understand why a process couldn’t be completed for just a 1–2 minute delay—there can be situations like traffic. You can even check the cameras; I checked the time, and it was exactly 06:11. I told the staff member this, but I was still rudely dismissed. How can you deny me boarding with 44 minutes still left? My ticket was wasted, and I didn’t receive a refund—only a ₺146 tax return. There was no one at the airport to assist or help prevent my ticket from being lost. No one helped at all. Because of you, I had to buy another ticket.
