Pegasus Airlines Check-in Error

On my Kayseri–Istanbul–Doha flight scheduled for 17.01.2026 with Pegasus, I have been unable to complete online check-in properly because the system does not allow me to choose my seat. Although seat selection is a basic part of the online check-in process, the system keeps blocking this step, and I cannot proceed as I should. We are three passengers on this reservation, and all tickets were purchased and paid for from a single account, yet the system still does not allow us to manage and choose our seats. I have not been able to contact Pegasus customer service about this issue because the hotline is charged at 13₺ per minute, which I find unfair for a problem that is caused by their own system. Therefore, we are forced to travel without being able to manage our seat selection through the online check-in system. I request that Pegasus fix the check-in and seat selection system so that passengers can complete their check-in smoothly and choose their seats without facing such technical problems or additional costs for support.
