I Can’t Complete Check-In for My Pegasus Flight Despite Correct Info

For my upcoming Pegasus Airlines flight with PNR number 11bzxc, I have been unable to complete the check-in process due to an unexplained system error. Even though I entered all my information correctly and the system initially confirmed it, I repeatedly receive an error that prevents me from checking in.
I have been trying to resolve this for two full days now, but no one from Pegasus has provided any explanation or assistance. Their customer service line is entirely unhelpful—they claim they don’t have access to the necessary systems and fail to offer any solutions or follow-up. This is extremely frustrating and stressful, especially with less than 24 hours left before my flight.
As a paying customer, I expect clear communication and reliable service, especially for something as basic as checking in. I urgently request Pegasus to fix this issue immediately and allow me to check in without further complications. I also expect a proper explanation and some form of compensation for the inconvenience this has caused.
