I Got a Passport Error During Pegasus Domestic Flight Check-In and Couldn't Reach Support

I purchased a round-trip domestic flight from Pegasus Airlines, expecting a smooth travel experience. However, during the online check-in process for the return leg of the trip, I encountered an error message stating “passport error.” This is completely illogical for a domestic flight within Turkey, where passport information is not required at all.
In an attempt to resolve the issue, I tried calling Pegasus customer service via their 0888 support line. Unfortunately, the number does not connect — the system gives an error and completely blocks the call. This left us with no way to get assistance, causing significant disruption to our travel plans and a great deal of stress.
The fact that a domestic flight check-in was halted due to a passport error, and that there’s no working support line, is absolutely unacceptable. I request immediate action to resolve this issue and compensation for the trouble caused. Pegasus must ensure such technical failures and support blackouts do not continue to affect future passengers.
