Pegasus Airlines Unfair Flight Cancellation Charges

I believe Pegasus Airlines' ticket cancellation policies are unjust and unlawful, resulting in significant financial loss for both me and my company. Through enuygun.com, I purchased two plane tickets for ₺3,550 from Pegasus Airlines for a flight from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen to Diyarbakır on April 30 at 10:30. However, due to health issues, I cancelled the tickets on April 30 at 15:30. Despite Pegasus and enuygun.com websites stating no charges for cancellations within 24 hours, a ₺1,900 deduction was made. I find this both morally and legally unacceptable.

My family and our company employees have decided to boycott both enuygun.com and Pegasus Airlines. I believe these companies are in alliance to exploit and distress citizens for unjust profit. Furthermore, contacting customer representatives is extremely difficult. On behalf of myself and my company, we protest against Pegasus Airlines.
