PDF Guru Unapproved Online Charge Refund Request
On November 19, I noticed an authorization charge of $45 made on my Ziraat Bank credit card by a company called “sa Support PDF Guru”, without my knowledge or approval. I did not sign up for any membership, did not use any services, and did not knowingly provide my card information to this company.
The transaction is currently listed as a pending authorization and was carried out completely without my consent. Therefore, I am requesting that this unauthorized authorization be cancelled and that the $45 USD be refunded to my card/account immediately.
I ask that my issue be resolved urgently, that I receive written or phone confirmation, and that the necessary checks be made to ensure that no similar unauthorized transaction occurs again.
