PDF Guru Unapproved Online Charge Refund Request
On November 19, I noticed an authorization charge of $45 made on my Ziraat Bank credit card by a company called “sa Supp...ort PDF Guru”, without my knowledge or approval. I did not sign up for any membership, did not use any services, and did not knowingly provide my card information to this company.
