On December 9, 2025, at 10:35 PM, an amount of $43 USD was charged to my Ziraat Bank account by myiq.com, even though I never gave any consent, authorization, or prior approval. I did not start any subscription, make any purchase, or receive any notification by SMS or email regarding this charge.
As soon as I noticed the transaction, I contacted myiq.com via email to request an explanation for this unauthorized charge and asked for the transaction to be canceled and the amount refunded. However, I have not received any response so far.
I request that the $43 USD charged without my permission be refunded to my Ziraat Bank account as soon as possible, and that any subscription or membership created in my name, if any, be fully canceled immediately.
