I Face Unauthorized 1000 TL Charge From PDFAid On My Ziraat Bank Card
On June 25, 2025, at 00:06, a transaction was made on my Ziraat Bank credit card under the name of PDFAid without my knowledge or consent. This transaction was not authorized by me in any way. I am once again stressing that this issue must be resolved immediately, and I request full details of this charge.
How can ₺1,000 be withdrawn from my account without my permission? If this problem is not resolved, I will escalate the matter and file official complaints with the relevant authorities. I urgently demand support and a full refund for this unauthorized withdrawal.
