On September 20, 2025, and August 30, 2025, a total of $38 (two separate unauthorized charges) was withdrawn from my Ziraat Bank Bankkart Genç card by a website called PDF Guru, without my knowledge or consent. I have never signed up for this site, never used any of its services or trial versions, and never gave authorization for these transactions.
When I discovered the issue, I immediately contacted my bank, and my card was temporarily canceled. However, so far I have not received any refund or resolution from either PDF Guru or the bank. I have receipts and transaction records as proof of the unauthorized withdrawals.
As a student, I’ve been financially impacted by these unauthorized charges. I request that the amount withdrawn without my consent be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
