Trendyol Failed to Deliver My Child's English Textbook on Time Despite Urgency

I ordered an English supplementary textbook from Trendyol.com to an Ankara company on 05/09/2024. Delivery appeared to be on 10/09/2024 by Sendeo cargo company. When the product did not arrive on 10/09/2024, I examined the cargo movements and saw that there was no movement. I reported the situation to the cargo company and the seller company. The cargo company said that the seller did not deliver the products, but the seller said that they did and that I should contact Trendyol. I reported the situation to Trendyol the same day and said that this was a textbook and urgent. They told me that the situation would be reviewed and they would get back to me within 2 business days. Of course, no one returned after 2 days. When I called Trendyol call center on 13/09/2024, they said that this process would take 6 business days. Already this week, my child attended classes without an English book. Now you're saying he can't enter for another week? I placed my order, paid for it, tracked my order. I informed the relevant units and most importantly, I placed an order with Trendyol, just like other customers, because my order and my money were under guarantee. Why am I waiting and being victimized even though I did not receive the product, I paid for it and the issue is entirely between Trendyol, the cargo company and the seller. This problem is between you and you solve it. Do not victimize the customer. I protest this practice of yours. And I want my problem to be solved immediately.
