My Shipment Stuck at the Transfer Center and Not Delivered Yet

The filter coffee machine and the two-piece pan set (24 and 28 cm) that I purchased on November 5 were shipped to me via Sürat Kargo with the tracking number 73901622132542. Since November 6, my package has been held at the Ankara transfer center and has not yet been delivered to the Mercan branch in the Fatih district of Istanbul. I have been waiting for my shipment to be delivered for a week. Despite calling customer service multiple times every day, no solution has been provided and no progress has been made. I have never experienced a similar problem before. I request that my package be delivered to the Istanbul Fatih Mercan branch and handed over to me as soon as possible.
