Despite trying to contact the site by phone, I cannot reach them, and they do not respond to WhatsApp messages. They issued an invoice, and I provided a return invoice, yet they still have not refunded my payment. It feels like I have been scammed, as there is no transparency or accountability in their process. They lack proper customer service, making it impossible to resolve such issues. The company lacks reliability—if they cannot supply the product, they could at least refund the transferred amount. They appear to sell brands like Arçelik, Sony, and LG, but I have been left at a loss. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue and addressing the situation.
