Paytr Held My EFT After IBAN Change on My Purchase

I’ve frequently shopped through a third-party site that recently terminated its agreement with 'PlaySultan' and changed key details like their IBAN. The troubling part? No one thought to inform customers. I only found out something had changed after making a purchase like I normally do, using the same registered IBAN. My payment via EFT ended up in limbo through PayTR, and the money hasn’t reached its destination. I reached out immediately to resolve the issue, but trying to get an actual response has been like talking to a wall. The lack of communication and accountability has left me anxious and stuck between two services that won’t step up. I just want my issue acknowledged and fixed without having to chase them endlessly.

Hello, an intermediary site where I frequently shop has terminated its agreement and changed its IBAN and similar information, but has not sent any explanatory email to us customers. As usual, I made a purchase using the registered IBAN through @Paytr, but the EFT sent has been put on hold. I requested that my grievance be resolved, but I could not find anyone to address the issue. Even though I have previously written to the complaint platform, the brand has not resolved the issue. I am considering taking the matter to global platforms; this brand is a reason for boycott.

Why is the issue still not being resolved?
