PayTR Refunds Still Not Processed

I made two separate purchases through the Haydargame platform, and the payments were processed via the PayTR marketplace payment infrastructure. I requested refunds for both transactions on 11/11/2025, but nearly 20 days have passed and neither refund has been processed. The first transaction, order/transaction number 26866, was for ₺1,121, and the second, order/transaction number 26892, was for ₺581. Despite submitting refund requests, neither amount has been returned to my account. When I contacted customer service, I was only told to continue waiting, with no concrete action, clear information, or timeframe provided. I request that my refunds of ₺1,121 and ₺581 be processed immediately and returned to my account without further delay, and that I be informed clearly and in writing about the status of the refund process.
