Paytr Ignored My Issue for 3 Months and Asked Me to Remove My Complaint

I have been telling Paytr the same things for 3 months but unfortunately, they are not understanding. In our last conversation, the customer representative said that another unit was dealing with the details to get by and at the end of the conversation she asked me to remove my complaint as if she had provided a solution. An institution can only fall this low but at least they respond, even if it is rare, they may not care at all like Akbank. Do not compromise on quality (!) so much that you cannot provide a solution even in a very simple case and on top of that you want the complaint to be removed.
