Akbank Ignored My Request to Lower Axess Limit Despite 20 Years as a Customer

I made at least 10 calls to my customer to lower my limit due to my credit card becoming inactive. With both call center and branch representatives. Even though I explained my problem in detail, my problem was persistently not solved, and even the headquarters stated that they could not solve the problem, even though I explained that I had time problems. I even found out that my request itself was not conveyed properly. I was an Akbank customer for 20 years. I only had one credit card, Axess. I have not come across such an unprofessional institution in a long time. As of today, Akbank, which has not solved the problem with 20 conversations for 10 days and seriously victimized me, which was understood and solved within 5 minutes by other banks, which I have never worked with, is over for me. I instructed Axess and all my accounts to be closed. I will also take legal action to ensure that other people are not victimized.
