Akbank Did Not Support Me After Erdens Blocked My Refund Request

On June 15th, I bought a digital product from Erdens, I was not satisfied and wanted to return it, they made a lot of excuses and blocked me from all communication channels. On top of that, I complained to Paytr, they only stalled, and on top of that, I made an expenditure objection to Akbank, and they kept me waiting for 1.5 months and made a negative return without a proper explanation. However, if both Paytr and Akbank had properly checked the mails I sent to them, they would have understood that Erdens is a company that victimizes people. Let's say Paytr is a small company, it is very funny that a big bank like Akbank cannot solve such a simple issue in 2 months and cannot understand that this company should be punished. If you have made a negative return, Akbank, you have to explain, you cannot protect a company that insults its customers. I wonder what Akbank and Paytr officials who made this evaluation were thinking, or rather, I am not even sure if they can think. It was enough for them to just look at the complaints about erdens on the Şikayetvar site, pity.
