Akbank Made Reducing My Credit Card Limit Difficult While Increasing It Was Easy

I reached out to Akbank to ask for a lower credit card limit, and it turned out to be a frustrating experience. Even though they can quickly get in touch when it suits them, I ended up waiting on hold for 25 minutes without any solution. It's pretty annoying that boosting the credit limit is super easy on their app, but cutting it down feels like a whole obstacle course. It just seems unfair. It's really bad that something so straightforward has been turned into a hassle. I hope for better service from a bank I've relied on, and if they can't make this process easier, I might have to cancel my card completely. This treatment makes me wonder if Akbank cares about its customers at all.
