Paytr Canceled the Patient's Prepayment with No Explanation or Support

We are a health tourism company, and the prepayment for one of our patients from abroad was canceled. Despite sending an email, messaging within the platform, and calling by phone, the only response I received from Paytr was an email stating, “The payment has been canceled following our checks.” I haven’t received any further explanation about what was checked, the specific details you reviewed, or what we should be mindful of. When I asked what we should pay attention to, I still received no response.
Progress
After our complaint about Paytr causing damage without informing the establishment, they immediately closed the Store panel and continue to prevent us from making transactions. They wrote in an email that they closed it without explanation and are trying to penalize us.

Paytr informed me via email that it closed the company's store without providing any information following my complaint comment on Şikayetvar.com. They are punishing by closing if you complain. We will exercise all of our legal rights.
