Papara Hasn’t Refunded My Canceled Transfer After Two Weeks of Waiting

I am experiencing an issue with an international money transfer. I made a transfer from Turkey to abroad using Koronopay, but due to a problem with Koronopay, I couldn't withdraw the money, so I canceled the transfer twice and made it again. However, since the problem was still not resolved, I canceled the transfer through Papara this time. Despite canceling the transfer, the refund for one of the transactions has not been processed, even though it has been over two weeks. In my previous cancellations, the refund was processed within a few hours. Thinking the issue might be with Koronopay, I contacted them, but they stated that the refund was not processed by Papara and that this was the reason the amount was not returned. I have been in contact with the Papara team for over two weeks, but they only keep saying they are working on it, with no progress. For this significant amount of money, Papara is not taking any action, nor are they providing any updates.
