Hello, my customer ID number is 25317557, and I'm writing because I'm worried that my identity verification process is taking too long. I sent a picture of my ID card to the verification center on February 5, 2023, but it is still being looked at and I haven't heard anything about how things are going. I know that the verification process could take a while, but it's been almost two months since I sent in the documents that were asked for. I also filled out the Global Service Payment survey two months ago, and I am still waiting for the verification process to be finished.
