I Face Long Delay in Payoneer Phone Verification Removal

On August 28, 2024, I submitted a request to remove the phone verification on my Payoneer individual account. My request was logged under Payoneer Reference Number: 250901-021988. Through this ticket, Payoneer asked me to provide my registered address details, which I promptly submitted.

However, despite their stated 2-day response time, I have not received any update or resolution, even though several days have passed. Because of this unresolved issue, I am unable to withdraw funds from my account, which is causing me ongoing financial inconvenience.

This is the first time I have experienced such a delay with Payoneer, and I have not yet tried any other communication channels beyond the original ticket.

I am requesting that Payoneer immediately remove the phone verification requirement on my account and provide a clear update without further delay. My case needs urgent handling so that I can access my funds without continued disruption.
