Payoneer Turkey took thirty dollars out of my account on June 20th, 2023, and labeled the transaction "Annual Service Fee." I was not given any prior warning about this transaction. I have a serious problem with the fact that they are suddenly deducting $30 from my account as part of an annual service fee on top of the commissions they already charge for transactions. I demand that the money be returned to me as soon as possible. Moving forward, if this unreasonable practice is to continue, you should at the very least inform customers in advance. This will allow us to make an educated decision regarding whether or not to continue working with Payoneer or whether or not to close our accounts.
