On January 31, 2025, Payoneer deducted $23.89 from my account as an annual fee. This was the last remaining balance in my account, and now I am unable to get my money back.
I was informed that first-year annual fees can be refunded, so I am formally requesting a refund of this charge. Please do not put users in difficult financial situations by unexpectedly taking their funds.
If this issue is resolved and my money is returned, I will consider using Payoneer again and regaining trust in the platform. However, if this charge remains, I will have no choice but to stop using Payoneer permanently. Please process my refund immediately!
