Payoneer Charged Me 5.53 USD and Added 24.42 Debt—I Can’t Get My Last Balance Back

I’m really disappointed with Payoneer. They charged ₺5.53 from my account as an “account fee” and then, out of nowhere, added a ₺24.42 debt to my balance. This was the last bit of money I had left in my account—and now it’s completely inaccessible. I didn’t spend it. I didn’t withdraw it. It was taken without any warning.

I had read that Payoneer waives the account fee in the first year, which is exactly why I’m asking for a full refund. This fee wasn’t supposed to be charged at all. I trusted this service with my money, but this experience has left me feeling helpless and financially cornered.

Please, don’t make things harder than they already are. Return the money you’ve taken. If this issue is resolved, I’m willing to continue using Payoneer and rebuild my trust. But right now, I feel cheated and completely ignored.

Payoneer, I’m asking you to fix this now. Don’t leave your users in distress over such small yet crucial amounts.
