Payoneer Deducted My Balance for Annual Fee Without Any Transactions

Hello, I created a Payoneer account and only had one incoming transaction below $50, which I couldn’t withdraw. I thought I’d make another deposit to resolve this later, but when I logged in again, I discovered that Payoneer deducted all my funds as an "annual fee." My account now shows a zero balance. How is it acceptable to withdraw money from an account that wasn’t even actively used? I am requesting the refund of my deducted funds and for the amount to be transferred to me in Turkey. This is completely unfair and disappointing, and I expect an immediate resolution to restore my funds.
