Unauthorized Postegro Transaction Charged to My Account

Without my consent, a foreign Webpos 3D transaction was processed, and ₺274.99 was withdrawn from my account. I cannot understand how such unauthorized charges could occur with a supposedly secure bank account.
This situation is completely unacceptable, and I demand an immediate resolution. To make matters worse, I have been unable to reach customer support for assistance, which only adds to my frustration.
I expect this issue to be investigated thoroughly, the unauthorized transaction to be refunded promptly, and an explanation provided regarding how this happened. Please address this matter urgently, as this type of incident undermines trust in financial institutions. I need a swift response and resolution.
