Parimatch! I Want My Money As Soon As Possible
I am writing to report a serious issue with a deposit on my Parimatch account. On 26 February, I made a deposit of 350 via UPI. The amount was deducted from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance. After noticing that the money had not been added, I tried to contact Parimatch customer support. However, their email is not accepting new emails and the server chat is also not responding, so I have been unable to reach anyone to resolve this issue. I request that my missing deposit of 350 from 26 February, made via UPI, be traced and either immediately credited to my Parimatch account or refunded back to my original payment method. I also ask for clear information on why this issue occurred and why customer support has been unreachable.
