Parimatch UPI Deposit Not Credited to Gaming Wallet

I am writing to report that a UPI deposit I made to my Parimatch account has not been credited to my gaming wallet. On 19/12/2025, I deposited an amount of ₹3,100 via UPI from India, and the payment was completed on my side. The UPI transaction ID for this payment is 399825301534, yet the balance in my Parimatch wallet has not been updated. After noticing that the amount was not reflected, I contacted Parimatch customer support and raised a ticket about the issue. However, I have not received any response or solution so far, which is causing me serious concern regarding the safety of my funds. I kindly request that this missing ₹3,100 deposit be traced and credited to my Parimatch gaming wallet as soon as possible, or that the amount be refunded if it cannot be processed. I also expect a clear explanation for the delay and lack of response on my existing support ticket.
