Parimatch Deposit Not Credited in My Account

I am writing about a deposit problem I experienced on Parimatch Sports. On the 8th, I tried to make a deposit of 400 rupees using UPI from India. The money was debited from my account, but it has not been credited to my Parimatch account and has not been returned to my bank/UPI balance. I have a transaction reference/UTR and a screenshot showing that the 400 rupees were deducted on the 8th, but despite this, the balance is still missing in my Parimatch account. I contacted Parimatch customer support about this issue, but I have not received any response or solution. I request that this failed deposit be investigated urgently, my 400 rupees either be credited to my Parimatch account or refunded to my original payment method, and that I be informed clearly about the status of this transaction.
