Parimatch UPI Deposit Debited but Not Credited to My Account
I made a UPI deposit to my Parimatch account on 24 December, and the amount was debited from my bank account, but has not been credited to my Parimatch balance. I have the UPI transaction/reference ID available and can share it if needed for verification. I tried to reach Parimatch customer care regarding this issue, but customer support is not responding, and I have not received any help or explanation about where my money is. This situation is causing me serious concern because the money has left my account, and I have no access to it on the platform. I request that my deposit be processed immediately and credited to my Parimatch account without any further delay, or, if that is not possible, that the full amount be immediately refunded to my bank account. I expect a quick resolution and clear information about the status of this transaction.
