I am experiencing a serious issue with Parimatch Egypt regarding a withdrawal. On March 3, I requested a withdrawal of 5,000 Egyptian pounds via Instapay from my account (Player ID: 486171131), but the funds have still not been paid.
Previously, my withdrawals were processed normally, so this delay is unusual and very concerning. I contacted Parimatch Egypt customer support, but the only response I received was to “just wait,” without any clear explanation, timeframe, or resolution.
