I am writing regarding a serious issue with my Parimatch mobile app account. I requested a withdrawal via IMPS on June 12, 2025, and it has been showing as pending for more than two months without any resolution.
My Parimatch player ID is 661102452, and my support ticket number is #58488392.
Despite this long delay, I have only received generic responses from customer support, and no one has provided a clear explanation about why the withdrawal is on hold or when it will be processed.
This is also my first withdrawal attempt on Parimatch, which makes the situation even more concerning.
I kindly request that my pending IMPS withdrawal be processed and credited to my account without any further delay, or that I receive a clear and final explanation and solution as soon as possible.
