Parimatch Withdrawal Showing As Completed, But Amount Still Not Credited

I have a serious issue with a withdrawal from my Parimatch sports betting account that has still not been resolved. On 6 January, I requested a withdrawal of 51,000 INR from my Parimatch account (Player ID: 499598967) to my SBI bank account. In the payment history on Parimatch, the withdrawal is shown as processed successfully, but the amount has never been credited to my SBI account. It has now been almost two months since I made this withdrawal request, which is an unreasonably long delay. I have previously received withdrawals from Parimatch to this same SBI account without any problems, so this situation is unusual and worrying. I contacted Parimatch customer support about the missing payment. They replied that they understood my frustration, apologized for the delay, and informed me that the issue is being actively worked on as a priority, asking me to allow more time while they wait for a response from the responsible department. However, despite this, I have not received my 51,000 INR or any concrete solution so far. I request that the 51,000 INR withdrawal that is marked as successfully processed be either immediately credited to my SBI account or that I be provided with clear proof of the transaction and a concrete explanation of where the funds are. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly, and I also request written confirmation once the problem has been fixed.
