Parimatch Delayed My Withdrawal for 81 Days and Still Hasn’t Paid Me

I have been a regular Parimatch user for years, but I am extremely upset and disappointed with the handling of my recent withdrawal. On October 23rd, 2025, at 1:44 pm, I requested a withdrawal of ₹20,000 via IMPS to my bank account, but the amount has still not been credited. As of today, 81 days have passed, and I have not received my money. I contacted Parimatch support on the same day, October 23rd, and have since raised two support tickets and also sent an email to Parimatch. The only response I have received is that the payment is “under processing”, that my amount is “safe”, and that my money will be refunded soon. However, despite waiting patiently for a long time, nothing has actually been resolved, and the ₹20,000 is still missing. For reference, my Player ID is 733894465. I have been playing on Parimatch for a long time and have never experienced such a long delay or such an unsatisfactory response before. I kindly request that this issue be investigated urgently, that my ₹20,000 withdrawal be credited to my account without any further delay, and that I be informed clearly about what went wrong in this transaction.
