I have an unresolved withdrawal problem with my Parimatch account. My player ID is 390143***. On 17/12/2025, I requested a withdrawal of INR 20,000 via bank transfer. The amount was deducted from my Parimatch balance, but I have still not received the money in my bank account. The issue is being followed under ticket ID 62330808. Since the withdrawal date, I have been contacting Parimatch support regularly. Each time, they only tell me to wait and say “soon possible”, but 13 days have passed and nothing has been resolved. There has been no clear information, no proof of transfer, and my funds are still missing. I request that INR 20,000 be immediately refunded back to my Parimatch gaming account, as I have not received this withdrawal in my bank account. I also expect a clear explanation for this delay and for the constant “wait” responses without any real solution.
