Parimatch Withdrawal Stuck in Processing for 7 Days
I am writing regarding an issue with my Parimatch account withdrawals in India. I requested a withdrawal of 50,000 INR via bank transfer, and for the last 7 days, the status has been stuck on “processing” without any progress or clear update. Despite this long delay, the amount has not been credited to my bank account, and there has been no clear information about the reason for the hold-up. I contacted Parimatch customer support, but they did not respond properly or satisfactorily, and I still have no confirmed timeline or explanation. I request that Parimatch urgently resolve this issue and either immediately credit the 50,000 INR to my bank account or, if that is not possible for some reason, at least credit the same amount to my gaming account without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation for why this withdrawal has been stuck in processing for 7 days.
Parimatch now wants me to keep waiting as they say they are investigating, but they cannot provide any time frame. It feels like this investigation will never end, as they still have not sent the amount.
The Parimatch agent says they don’t know whether I will get a refund or not. If their third party cheats, I have to bear the loss. Their so-called investigation has been ongoing since February 10, 2026.
Customer care is still responding with nonsense answers. I believe their intention is not to repay me. I have posted about this on X, tagging their Parimatch accounts in other countries, including the Indian one, but there has been complete silence. Is there any way to get a refund?
