They are simply running an unfair business. They are not even crediting the winning amount. You are asked to wait for their so-called investigation, which does not seem genuine. It feels like Parimatch finds a way to delay withdrawals almost every time you try to withdraw. My money has been stuck for 7 days and is still under investigation. They have not sent the funds, and there has been no activity in my account, yet they claim they are investigating. Every day I receive the same message with the same phrases, just from different agents giving identical replies.
