Parimatch Support Not Responding to Missing Deposit

I made a deposit to my Parimatch account on 7 January 2026, but the money was deducted from my bank account and has still not been reflected in my Parimatch balance. I deposited 800 from my Federal Bank account, and the transaction in my bank statement shows UTR number 637376862784.
My Parimatch account is registered with the mobile number 8767858455, and my player ID is 338325454. After noticing that the amount was not credited, I contacted Parimatch customer support. They only replied that the transaction was “in process,” and after that, they stopped responding.
It has now been three days, and there has been no update, resolution, or reversal of the money. I request that the missing amount of 800 be immediately credited to my Parimatch account linked to mobile number 8767858455 and player ID 338325454, or that you clearly explain the status of this transaction without further delay.
