PhonePe Payment Successful But Parimatch Balance Still Not Updated
On 26 November at around 22:11, I made a deposit to my Parimatch account via UPI in the amount of 9,999.08. The money was deducted from my UPI account, but it was never credited to my Parimatch balance. The transaction reference for this payment is 088999300758. and my player ID :659941*** After noticing that the deposit did not appear in my Parimatch account, I contacted Parimatch customer support. They created a ticket for the issue, but despite waiting for about a month, I have not received any update or solution, and the amount is still missing. I request that the 9,999.08 either be credited to my Parimatch account or refunded back to my UPI account as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation for why this deposit was not processed and why there has been no update on my ticket for such a long time.
