Parimatch App Deposit Pending Problem
I have been using Parimatch for years without any major issues, but I am now facing a very upsetting problem with a deposit that has not been credited or refunded for many days. On 28 November 2025, I made a deposit of 1,000 INR to my Parimatch account via UPI using the Navi app linked to my Indian Bank account. The amount was deducted from my bank balance, but it has still not been credited to my Parimatch account. It has now been around one month and 25 days since the transaction, and on your side, the transaction status was shown as pending for about 4 days, which is extremely disappointing. My Parimatch registered number is 670295660. I have trusted and used Parimatch for a long time, and such an issue has never happened before, so this situation is very sad and has seriously shaken my confidence in your platform. I contacted Parimatch customer support about this issue, but unfortunately received no response from the support team, which made the experience even more frustrating. I request that my 1,000 INR be immediately refunded to my original UPI payment method without any further delay and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible so that I can feel safe continuing to use Parimatch in the future.
