I have been a Papara member for 1 year. On June 11, 2025, I transferred ₺2,000 from a bank account of my own to my Papara account and opened the mobile application. I received a notification that my account was permanently closed for no reason. When I called customer support, they stated that they could not give a reason, but they opened a request for the return of the money. As of 04.07.2025, the money has still not been returned. When I logged into the mobile app, I saw a text stating that I could "request a re-evaluation" to reopen the account. So I sent an e-mail. On the same day, it was reported that they would not open the account and that the balance in the account was still under review. As a result, the money I transferred from the bank registered with the BRSA was taken hostage by being subjected to the "security review" of Papara, whose entire reliability and reputation has been destroyed.
