Papa John’s Serving Less Fries Than Advertised – Misleading Portion Sizes

As a frequent customer who regularly orders pizza and fries from Papa John’s, I’ve noticed a recurring issue. The menu clearly states that the fries portion is 200g, but every time I receive my order, the quantity seems significantly less.
At first, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and didn’t weigh it. However, in my latest order, the portion was shockingly small—barely a few pieces of fries. It was obvious that it wasn’t 200g, so I decided to weigh it. The result? Only 139g!
Papa John’s, why are you shorting customers on portions? If the serving size is less, then at least be honest and update the menu. Customers deserve transparency, not misleading portion sizes. Fix this issue immediately!
