Yesterday, I ordered from Papa John’s Pizza through Yemeksepeti. The pizza arrived 55 minutes late and was completely cold. I didn’t pay 420 for a cold pizza. When I reported the issue to Yemeksepeti, they offered only a 100 TL coupon as compensation. The Küçükyalı Papa John’s branch said there was nothing they could do. Honestly, this feels like a joke — such poor service from both the restaurant and the delivery platform is unacceptable.
I expect a proper refund, not just a small coupon, and I want Yemeksepeti and Papa John’s to take responsibility for providing cold and delayed food.
