Papa John’s Removed Basil Sauce from My Pizza – No Resolution Offered

I ordered a basil and cheddar pizza from Papa John’s Bostancı branch and added extra toppings of chicken and Italian meatballs. However, when my pizza arrived, there was absolutely no basil sauce on it.

I called the store, and the person who made the pizza, E**** Hanım, insisted that she had applied the sauce to the base. This is a complete lie. I even tore apart a slice to check, and there was no trace of basil sauce anywhere! Instead of offering a replacement, they told me to contact Yemeksepeti for a refund. They didn’t even consider sending a new pizza.

Papa John’s, this is unacceptable! If I pay for a specific item, I expect to receive it as advertised. Look at the photo—do you see any basil sauce? I even offered to show it on a video call. Fix this issue immediately, or I won’t be ordering from you again!
