Papa John's Delivered Burnt Pizza and Refused Replacement

I recently ordered a pizza from Papa John's, but it arrived completely burnt. I immediately contacted customer service, and they assured me they would send a replacement. After waiting for two hours with no delivery, I called back, only to be told there was a mistake, and they would not be sending a replacement after all.
This is unacceptable from a company that should stand behind its products. If a mistake happens, it’s their responsibility to correct it promptly. Waiting hours for a solution and then being denied is frustrating and unprofessional. I strongly advise reconsidering before ordering from Papa John's. This experience has completely ruined my trust in their service.
